1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and gba777 ("gba777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the gba777 website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

gba777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the gba777 Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

You further agree to the following account obligations:

• One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one active gba777 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.

The following financial terms apply to all gba777 accounts:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your gba777 account within minutes. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gba777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Real-money funds deposited into your account are used before bonus funds in all wagers.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gba777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gba777 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gba777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the gba777 Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gba777 Platform — including but not limited to the gba777 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of gba777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gba777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gba777.

Any unauthorized use of gba777's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9 Privacy & Data

gba777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at gba777.net/privacy-policy. By using the gba777 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gba777 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including SSL encryption across all login and payment flows. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and gba777 cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Limitation of Liability

gba777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

gba777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming on the gba777 Platform is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

You may close your gba777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments

gba777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gba777 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gba777 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
